Yes, this training program is designed for dogs of all ages, as the primary focus is on educating you, the human. However, it is recommended to wait until your dog is at least 6 months old before introducing the e-collar tool.
In Pack Leader Essentials, you will learn how to properly use various training tools, techniques, and dog psychology principles that will help you raise a well-balanced dog. I would encourage you to take this course with your puppy to learn how to use the e-collar and apply these learnings when they reach the appropriate age. Training from an early age helps to establish rules, set boundaries, and build positive behaviours, making it easier than trying to correct bad habits later on.

We understand that in some countries, this tool is not permissible. Please note that we cannot guarantee results, whether virtually or in-person. However, my clients have experienced success with this tool, and I am confident it can significantly help dog owners in achieving their training goals. If you have concerns about our use of the e-collar, this training program may not be suitable for you. It is essential that you feel comfortable with setting boundaries and saying no to your dog.
This course will teach you how to effectively train your dog using techniques such as eye contact, voice commands, discipline, and energy. We employ corrective methods as part of our training process. While an e-collar is one of the tools we may use, our approach emphasizes a balanced combination of methods to achieve the best results.
NOTE: Use of an e-collar is a non-negotiable if you are dealing with issues like aggression, reactivity, or separation anxiety.

I recommend using the micro or mini educator from E-Collar Technologies.
The ET-300 Mini Educator is a humane and effective remote dog trainer featuring proprietary "blunt" stimulation. It offers adjustable stimulation levels allowing customization to your dog's temperament. The smaller transmitter is ideal for smaller hands or discreet use, while the lightweight receiver suits both large and small dogs. It includes tone and vibration options, as well as a night tracking light for easy locating, especially in a 2-dog system.
The Micro ME-300 is a dog training system with a 1/3 mile range, designed for small to medium-sized dogs weighing 10 pounds and up. This receiver is about 20% smaller, lighter, and offers 20% less stimulation compared to the Mini Educator receiver. The system is suitable for dogs as small as 5 pounds and offers enhanced fitting options for smaller breeds, with contact points positioned closer together and the collar capable of being turned 90 degrees for better fit. It also provides a tapping sensation, more intense than vibration, for effective stimulation.

You haven’t experienced everything until you've enrolled in this program. Witness proven results with more effective outcomes in just two weeks of training with Liz than a full year with another trainer.
For example, meet Roxy, a two-year-old German Shepherd who struggled with resource guarding toys, intense reactivity to cars, horses, dogs, the TV, and the doorbell. After training, Roxy is now fully trained on the e-collar, has excellent recall, and can be trusted off-leash. Her progress is remarkable, with no more reactivity to cars.
It's essential for dogs, especially large breeds, to understand that their owner is in control. Just like with children, establishing control from the ground up is crucial for a well-behaved dog.
